Monitor the status of a release

This simple workbook implements a burnup chart with a scope line and cone of uncertainty lines. The cone is calculated using the highest 3 and lowest 3 velocities. Each sprint/iteration, you simply enter the team's measured velocity and the size of the undone Product Backlog.
